Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bartholomew Douglasseman (ranked 5915 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pat Teller (ranked 23398 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bartholomew Douglasseman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pat Teller!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Douglasseman misses the jab.
Teller clinches with his opponent.
Teller wants to take the fight to the mat but Douglasseman manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Douglasseman tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Teller just stands there and leans against the cage.
Douglasseman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Teller pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Teller throws a head kick but Douglasseman moves out of range.
Douglasseman bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Teller's head.
Teller moves out of range of the strikes.
Teller ducks under a wild hook from Douglasseman.
Douglasseman misses with a hook to the body
and Teller counters with a straight right hand.

Teller tries to counter by closing the distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Teller shoots in but Douglasseman avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Douglasseman misses the body punch
and Teller cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Douglasseman thows a left - swing and a miss!
Douglasseman scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Douglasseman misses with a hook. Teller ducked under it nicely.
Teller shoots in for a takedown but Douglasseman shows good takedown defense.
Bartholomew Douglasseman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pat Teller.

and Teller counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Teller avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Teller throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Douglasseman's waist but Douglasseman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Teller off to one side.
Douglasseman throws out a loose jab but Teller uses good head movement to avoid it.
Teller changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
A telegraphed right hand from Douglasseman misses the target.
Douglasseman stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Douglasseman wants it to stay on the feet.
It looked like Douglasseman wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Teller!
Douglasseman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Teller rushes Douglasseman and presses him up against the cage.
Teller pulls guard effortlessly.
Douglasseman tries to stand but Teller is controlling from the bottom.
Douglasseman is breathing heavily.
Douglasseman wants to stand and escape but instead Teller has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Douglasseman is wriggling around but Teller manages to pass to half guard.
Teller takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Teller stops Douglasseman from getting back to his feet.
Douglasseman tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Teller manages to move to mount!

Douglasseman has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.
Teller lands a shot to the body.
Teller is punishing Douglasseman with some ground and pound.
Teller has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Douglasseman! Can he survive? No! He's out! Teller gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
