Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rajon Dal Garin (ranked 25414 p4p, 809 weight class) and Lukasz Patryk (ranked 23451 p4p, 784 weight class). Rajon Dal Garin looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rajon Dal Garin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lukasz Patryk! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dal Garin takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Rajon Dal Garin has been cut. Patryk throws a head kick that half lands.
Dal Garin definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Patryk has managed to clinch.
Dal Garin tries to stall but Patryk uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Patryk breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dal Garin drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Patryk bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Patryk has managed to clinch.
Patryk pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Dal Garin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Patryk swats him away and circles back towards the center. Patryk rushes Dal Garin and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Dal Garin tries to break the clinch but Patryk is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dal Garin tries to circle away but Patryk has him pinned against the cage. Patryk gets a trip takedown into half guard. Patryk drops an elbow to the side of Dal Garin's head. Patryk prevents Dal Garin from standing back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Patryk performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dal Garin is trying to stand.
Patryk decides to stand and escape the position. Patryk gets a takedown into half guard. Patryk stops Dal Garin from getting back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dal Garin is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Patryk is figuring out what he wants to do next. Patryk lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Dal Garin makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Patryk checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Dal Garin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Patryk manages to avoid it. Patryk takes the fight into the clinch. Dal Garin is trying to push Patryk away but Patryk has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Patryk pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Patryk closes the distance and pushes Dal Garin back into the cage. Patryk has clasped his hands together around Dal Garin's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Dal Garin sneaks out the side door and pushes Patryk away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dal Garin fails with an attempt to clinch.
Patryk shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Patryk showed some decent athleticism there. Dal Garin is breathing heavily. Patryk with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Dal Garin is trying to stand up here but Patryk is controlling him well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lukasz Patryk dominated that round. The cut man is working on Rajon Dal Garin's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Dal Garin wants to clinch but Patryk slips to the side and Patryk connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Patryk gets a double leg takedown into Dal Garin's guard. Patryk prevents Dal Garin from getting back to his feet. Dal Garin looking to control.
Patryk wants to pass the guard but Dal Garin is keeping the position. Patryk prevents Dal Garin from getting back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dal Garin isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Patryk stacks Dal Garin on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Patryk! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Patryk happy to just control the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dal Garin is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Patryk keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Patryk prevents Dal Garin from standing back up.
Patryk stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Dal Garin to get to his feet. Rajon Dal Garin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Patryk shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dal Garin napping and manages to drive through into side control! Dal Garin wants to get back to his feet but Patryk is dominant here and he's now got Dal Garin's back! Patryk patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Patryk is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Dal Garin defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Patryk really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Dal Garin.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dal Garin is trying to get back to his feet but Patryk has full control of the position and if anything, Dal Garin has just worked his way into a worse spot. Dal Garin trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Let's hope that Patryk has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Patryk has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Dal Garin manages to reverse the position and now he's in Patryk's guard. Nice work there by Dal Garin.

Lukasz Patryk showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Rajon Dal Garin's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Dal Garin tries to close the distance and clinch but Patryk swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Patryk darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Dal Garin manages to escape and get back to his feet! Patryk gets the takedown into side control. Dal Garin tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dal Garin trying to get back to his feet but Patryk is in full control for now. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Patryk controls the action. Patryk has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Dal Garin has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Patryk is riding his opponent, not letting Dal Garin buck him off. Dal Garin wants to get back to his feet. Patryk looking for the RNC. Patryk really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Dal Garin.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dal Garin trying to get back to his feet but Patryk is in full control for now. Patryk trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Dal Garin doesn't escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Patryk looking for the choke but no joy. Patryk working for a choke but Dal Garin is defending well. Patryk has the hooks in. Dal Garin is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
That's four minutes gone in the round. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dal Garin fending off the submission attempt from Patryk.
And that's the end of the fight! Lukasz Patryk comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Patryk has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
