The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dassler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Crank is fending him off so far but Dassler persists. Nope, Crank circles away and we're back to standing.

Crank is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Crank looks to score with a jab to the body but Dassler is just out of range.
Dassler uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Crank.
Crank lands a nice leg kick that just misses Dassler's sensitive parts.
Dassler has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Dassler there as he acknowledges the shot.

and Dassler counters with a nice double leg into side control. Crank won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
