Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Knock Out (ranked 141 p4p, 6 weight class) and Jari Mountain (ranked 136 p4p, 3 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Knock Out!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jari Mountain!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Out misses with a lunging right hand
and Mountain counters with a low kick, right behind Out 's knee.
Out loads up on a big right hand but Mountain slips the punch.

Mountain fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Out, pushing him back against the cage.
Out prevents the takedown attempt.
Out tries to throw a body punch but Mountain avoids it by throwing Out back against the cage.
Out throws a head punch that misses.
Mountain blocks a body shot from Out.
Mountain fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Out tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Mountain's elbow.

Mountain pulls guard.
Mountain keeping moving, preventing Out from controlling successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mountain doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Mountain controls Out momentarily but Out frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mountain manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Out manages to get himself to full guard.

Out can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Mountain controls the pace.
Out looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Mountain puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Mountain thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Mountain throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mountain keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Mountain prevents Out from improving his position.
Out is staying active underneath Mountain, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Mountain content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Mountain has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Mountain wants to lay and pray for a moment but Out keeps working.
Mountain sitting and controlling from the half guard.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Nice sprawl there from Out as Mountain shoots in.
Knock Out has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jari Mountain.
Mountain shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mountain throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Out.
Mountain shoots in looking for a takedown but Out manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mountain's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Mountain fails with the takedown.
Jari Mountain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Out circles away from the clinch attempt.
We've been informed that Mountain has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Jab from Out.
Mountain uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Out.
Mountain fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Out avoids it really well and circles away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Mountain is looking to clinch.
Mountain shoots in looking for a takedown. Out tries to sprawl out of it but Mountain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Out manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Out jabs Mountain right on the nose. Mountain blinks but takes it well.
No joy there for Mountain, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mountain bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Mountain slips under a jab.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Mountain dives in and grabs Out's left leg, looking for a takedown. Out pushes down on Mountain's head and hops out.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mountain takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Out throws a pinpoint strike between Mountain's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Mountain crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Out scores a great knockout victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Knock Out!
Our winner, Knock Out, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
