The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tanaka checks a leg kick.
Santo misses with a two punch combination.
Santo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tanaka has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Santo moves into the clinch successfully.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Santo.
It looks like Masahiro Tanaka has been cut.
Tanaka misses with a knee strike.
Santo lands a shoulder strike.
Tanaka misses with a knee strike.
Tanaka looking to throw knees to the head but Santo is blocking nicely.
Santo creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Tanaka crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Tanaka face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Santo takes it with a brutal technical knockout!
