Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Busta Face (ranked 6033 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Hardy (ranked 5284 p4p, 0 weight class). Billy Hardy is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy Hardy!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Phil Schofield and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Face drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Face working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Hardy is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Face is controlling him well.
Hardy is being controlled here.
Face tries to stand but Hardy is controlling his head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hardy takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Face misses with the ground and pound.
Face is staying tight to Hardy's torso, preventing him from escaping.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Face seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Face working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Face moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Hardy.
Hardy tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Face keeps control of the position as Hardy tries to break free.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Face is looking for the choke from the back position but Hardy is controlling his hands well.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Hardy manages to reverse the position and now he's in Face's guard. Nice work there by Hardy.
Hardy gets to his feet - Face follows without any prompting.

Face tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Face looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hardy is fending him off so far but Face persists. Nope, Hardy circles away and we're back to standing.

As Face backs off Hardy throws a huge counter combo but Face manages to avoid it all.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hardy lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Face at a distance.
Face throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hardy was covering up waiting for the punch and Face finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Hardy wants to stand but Face is controlling the position.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Hardy with the counter takedown but Face avoids it easily.

It looked like Face wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Hardy gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Face counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Hardy has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Face is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hardy.
And that's the end of the fight!
Busta Face showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Face has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
