Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taz Bandichoo (ranked 1436 p4p, 39 weight class) and Hamish McTavish (ranked 1809 p4p, 77 weight class). The key to victory for Taz Bandichoo has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Taz Bandichoo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hamish McTavish! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bandichoo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bandichoo misses with a combination
and McTavish counters with a single leg into guard. Bandichoo didn't expect that. McTavish controls the pace of the fight for a moment. McTavish chips away with some ground and pound. McTavish stays in close to Bandichoo's body and controls the position. McTavish's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McTavish postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Bandichoo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McTavish on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. McTavish working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. McTavish lands a couple of digs. McTavish cracks Bandichoo with a solid left hand. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McTavish scores with a decent looking elbow strike. McTavish controls from within his opponent's guard. McTavish is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. McTavish controlling from the top position. Bandichoo trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McTavish is stalling in the full guard. McTavish makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Bandichoo trying to strike off his back.
Bandichoo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Bandichoo is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. McTavish looking to control the position here, rather than advance. McTavish preventing the sweep. Bandichoo can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as McTavish controls the pace. McTavish connects with a couple of short punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McTavish sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bandichoo's guard. McTavish has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Bandichoo is looking to get to half guard. McTavish with a couple of short strikes. McTavish takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Bandichoo wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

Bandichoo on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bandichoo tries to get out of the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McTavish is in the full mount, landing strikes. Bandichoo is wriggling around trying to escape.
McTavish controlling from mount. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bandichoo somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! Bandichoo throws a sloppy head kick and McTavish moves out of range easily. McTavish swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Bandichoo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
McTavish shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than McTavish was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The referee asks McTavish politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. McTavish prefers to stall for the moment though. Bandichoo misses with a strike from the bottom. Bandichoo tries to buck McTavish off but McTavish is having none of it. McTavish cracks Bandichoo with an elbow. That is naaassty. Check out the look on McTavish's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hamish McTavish dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
McTavish throws a body punch but Bandichoo moves out of range. Bandichoo lands with a nice body kick. A head kick by Bandichoo misses and McTavish decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Bandichoo's guard. McTavish landing with the ground and pound. McTavish won't allow Bandichoo to sweep him here. McTavish is working Bandichoo over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. McTavish is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McTavish is standing up over Bandichoo. Bandichoo looks to escape but McTavish dives into side control.

McTavish lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Bandichoo on the wrong end of some ground and pound. McTavish is putting a hurting on Bandichoo here, landing some big shots from side control. McTavish cracks Bandichoo with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Bandichoo is rocked! McTavish cracks Bandichoo with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! McTavish immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Bandichoo is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by McTavish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hamish McTavish! A less than humble Hamish McTavish misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
