Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sparky Anderson (ranked 677 p4p, 92 weight class) and Suren Nazarethyan (ranked 8182 p4p, 641 weight class). Nazarethyan has chosen Amerika as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 45 - 37 - 2, fighting out of London, Suren Nazarethyan!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anderson takes the fight into the clinch.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Nazarethyan just misses with a elbow thrown towards Anderson's brow.

Anderson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Nazarethyan clinches up with Anderson and pushes him back against the cage.
The referee calls for Nazarethyan to work.
Still in the clinch, Anderson scores with a nice short uppercut.

and Anderson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Nazarethyan closes the distance and pushes Anderson back into the cage.

Nazarethyan is fighting off a takedown attempt but Anderson is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Nazarethyan to the mat. Nazarethyan regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Anderson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Nazarethyan's face.
Anderson can't control as he wanted to and Nazarethyan manages to get the fight back to his half guard.

Nazarethyan regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Anderson.
Anderson controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Nazarethyan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

It looked like Anderson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Nazarethyan takes one to the chin there.

Nazarethyan moves into range and clinches up with Anderson.
Anderson will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Nazarethyan up against the cage.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Anderson throws a low kick, looking for Nazarethyan's leg but Nazarethyan calmly moves out of range.

Nazarethyan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Anderson.

Anderson tries to keep at a distance but Nazarethyan has taken the fight into the clinch.
Nazarethyan is trying to force a seperation but Anderson has the dominant position.
Nazarethyan is trying to maintain a safe position but Anderson gets an underhook and turns Nazarethyan into the cage.

Anderson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Anderson lands a jab to the nose.
Anderson looks to land a right hand but Nazarethyan moved out of range.

and Anderson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Anderson knocks out Nazarethyan with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Anderson before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Anderson picks up the big W with a huge KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sparky Anderson!
In his post fight interview, Sparky Anderson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
Suren Nazarethyan was interviewed post fight and said 'I Will Come Back Stronger Than Before'.
