Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yuri Loel (ranked 1844 p4p, 230 weight class) and Rascal Donkashane (ranked 4130 p4p, 413 weight class). Loel comes into the arena with Bush - Glycerine blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rascal Donkashane!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donkashane moves into the clinch.
Donkashane with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Donkashane tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Donkashane tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Loel just stands there and leans against the cage.
Loel digs a right hand into Donkashane's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Donkashane's gas tank.
Loel is pushing Donkashane up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Still in the clinch, Loel scores with a nice short uppercut.
A nice right hand lands inside from Loel.
Loel unloads a knee to the mid-section. Donkashane lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Loel's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Donkashane misses with a takedown
and Loel makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
We've been told by Loel's head coaches at Lovelair Muay Thai/MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Yuri Loel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rascal Donkashane.
Donkashane looks winded!
Loel scores with the left hand. Donkashane knows he should have avoided that one.
Loel lands the left hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Loel connects with a solid leg kick.
Donkashane shoots in and drives through. Loel sprawls well.
Loel defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Donkashane.

Loel scores with a jab to the body.
Donkashane dives in for a single leg takedown but Loel sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Loel digs a good hook to Donkashane's body.
Loel drops Donkashane with a beautiful combination! Donkashane stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Loel is looking for the KO!
Donkashane is rocked!
It looks like Rascal Donkashane has been cut.
Loel lands a brutal uppercut that launches Donkashane off his feet! Donkashane tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Yuri Loel!
