Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ted Cruz!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cruz wants it to stay on the feet.
Frank shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Cruz defends it nicely.
Cruz is looking to clinch but Frank is avoiding it.
Frank tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cruz was well out of range. Poor timing from Frank.
Cruz scores with a one two! Frank had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Cruz avoids the head kick by Frank.
Cruz misses with a series of wild punches.
Frank fails with the takedown.
Cruz now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lyonda Frank. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frank looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cruz is fending him off so far but Frank persists. Nope, Cruz circles away and we're back to standing.
Cruz looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Cruz tests Frank's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Cruz is looking to clinch but Frank is avoiding it.
Cruz tries to keep at a distance but Frank has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cruz breaks the clinch.
Cruz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Frank dives in and grabs Cruz's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cruz pushes down on Frank's head and hops out.
As Frank backs off Cruz throws a huge counter combo but Frank manages to avoid it all.
Cruz throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cruz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Frank moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Frank keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Frank drops down looking for a counter takedown but Cruz sprawls and moves away.
Frank takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Frank is rocked!
Cruz keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Oh Frank is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cruz batters Frank with a massive right followed by a huge left! Frank is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Cruz lands a final crushing right hand to drop Frank to the mat with a gruesome thud! Cruz is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ted Cruz!
