Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Silvio Crespo (ranked 632 p4p, 85 weight class) and Do Who Tsoi (ranked 251 p4p, 37 weight class). Tsoi has chosen !!! as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
21 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Silvio Crespo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
24 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Do Who Tsoi! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crespo just misses with a punch to the body.
Tsoi appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Tsoi's coach down at Team Alpha Midget was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Tsoi's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Tsoi lands a slapping body shot.
Tsoi explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Crespo drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Tsoi feints and then cracks Crespo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Crespo down. Crespo throws a leg kick but Tsoi sees it coming and checks it nicely. Good leg kick by Tsoi there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Crespo lands with a shot to the body. A nice leg kick lands there from Tsoi. Tsoi is looking to slow Crespo down with leg kicks. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Crespo swings for the body but Tsoi moves out of range.
Crespo scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Tsoi looks to land a body kick but Crespo moved away. Tsoi throws a jab but it's blocked by Crespo. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Crespo throws the left hand but Tsoi avoids the punch easily. Crespo rushes Tsoi and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Tsoi throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Crespos head. Our sources have told us that Crespo has been working on his elbows in the gym. Crespo drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Tsoi on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
A bit of stalling here from Tsoi.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tsoi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Crespo throws a low kick but it's checked well by Tsoi. Crespo closes the distance and clinches up with Tsoi, looking for a takedown. Crespo pushes Tsoi against the cage but Tsoi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Do Who Tsoi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Crespo looks to score with a jab to the body but Tsoi is just out of range. Crespo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tsoi was well out of range. Poor timing from Crespo. Crespo misses with a body kick. Tsoi misses with a hook. A slapping leg kick lands for Crespo.
Crespo moves out of range as Tsoi strikes. Crespo misses with a wild body shot. Crespo throws a head kick that misses. Tsoi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Tsoi tries to work over Crespo's front leg with a kick but Crespo checks it. Crespo closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Crespo fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Silvio Crespo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Crespo takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Tsoi throws a wild body kick that Crespo sees coming a mile off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A big right from Crespo misses. A right-left combo lands from Tsoi. Tsoi is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tsoi avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tsoi appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Tsoi on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Tsoi stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tsoi wants it to stay on the feet. Crespo takes one on the button. Crespo is looking to clinch but Tsoi is avoiding it.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Crespo. Tsoi lands a head shot. Tsoi's corner calls for a 1-2. Tsoi obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Tsoi tries to keep at a distance but Crespo has taken the fight into the clinch. Crespo blocking some punches.
Crespo comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Do Who Tsoi has been cut. Crespo is trying to trip Tsoi. He has hold of a leg but Tsoi is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Crespo persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Tsoi seems keen to control Crespo's posture. Tsoi utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tsoi is trying to control the position but Crespo postures up. Crespo trying to control but Tsoi is working from the bottom. Crespo connects with a couple of short punches. Crespo wants to control from the top but Tsoi keeps moving. Tsoi is pulling down on Crespo's head to control his posture. Tsoi controls Crespo momentarily but Crespo frees himself. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Crespo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Tsoi is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Crespo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Crespo is working Tsoi over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Tsoi pulls Crespo in to control the position. Crespo trying to control but Tsoi is working from the bottom. Tsoi looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crespo is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Crespo trying to control the position from guard on top but Tsoi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Crespo content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Crespo slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Tsoi has a closed guard, preventing Crespo from standing up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Do Who Tsoi will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Do Who Tsoi's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Crespo tries to score with a low kick but Tsoi moves his leg out of the way. Crespo is looking to wear down Tsoi with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Tsoi gets caught napping as Crespo dives in and scores a takedown. Tsoi manages to retain guard. Crespo postures up.
Tsoi keeping moving, preventing Crespo from controlling successfully. Crespo is working Tsoi over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Tsoi not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Tsoi has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Crespo stays in close to Tsoi's body and controls the position. Tsoi keeping moving, preventing Crespo from controlling successfully. Crespo throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Tsoi works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tsoi is adopting a defensive guard. Crespo trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Crespo wants to control from the top but Tsoi keeps moving. Crespo scoring with some ground and pound. Crespo missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Crespo throws a big elbow that misses. Crespo content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Tsoi pulls Crespo in close to prevent any damage. Tsoi trying to keep a closed guard but Crespo is proving a slippery customer.
Tsoi is looking to cinch up a triangle. Crespo throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Tsoi's body to avoid the submission. Tsoi has instead reached around Crespo's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Tsoi arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Do Who Tsoi! During a confident post fight interview, Do Who Tsoi thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
