Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Lock (ranked 22704 p4p, 720 weight class) and Matt Griffin (ranked 5488 p4p, 549 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin darts in looking for a takedown but Lock gets double underhooks and turns Griffin into the cage.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Lock enables Griffin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lock manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Griffin passes into half guard.
Griffin is working for a kimura but Lock is defending it quite comfortably.
Lock trying to control but Griffin postures up.
Griffin prevents Lock from improving his position.
Lock is in trouble now - Griffin has advanced to mount!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Griffin fails to advance to Lock's back.
Griffin jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Lock manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Lock tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Griffin goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Lock rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Griffin's guard! Nice work there by Lock!
Lock knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Griffin on the ground.
Griffin has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Lock doesn't defend quickly enough and Griffin has managed to lock this one up! Can Lock escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Griffin on a fantastic submission victory.
