Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Eugene Hilton!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bruno shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hilton counters with a nice uppercut.
Bruno closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bruno lands in his opponent's guard.
Bruno is looking to work some ground and pound but Hilton has wrist control.
Bruno slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Bruno trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bruno engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Bruno wants to control from the top but Hilton keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hilton has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Bruno is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Nice jab there from Hilton.
Bruno fails with the takedown.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Hilton uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bruno has time to react.
Bruno shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Bruno is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Bruno content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Bruno wants to control from the top but Hilton keeps moving.
Bruno thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hilton avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Bruno passes into half guard.
Bruno is looking to take a break and control but Hilton is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Bruno stalling.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bruno connects with a nice short shot to Hilton's temple.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bruno is working for a kimura but Hilton is defending it quite comfortably.
Bruno passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hilton!
Bruno controlling the pace for now.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Bruno lands a heavy elbow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alex Bruno dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Bruno throws a sloppy head kick and Hilton moves out of range easily.
Hilton swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Bruno misses with a takedown attempt
and Hilton cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A low kick from Bruno misses
and Hilton counters with a stiff right hand.
Bruno takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Bruno closes the distance looking to clinch
and Hilton counters with a nice right hand that sends Bruno toppling to the canvas! Bruno scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Hilton finish him?!
Bruno is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hilton plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Bruno swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Bruno face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
