Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santana throws a jab when Briggs was well out of range.
Santana misses with a two punch combination.
Briggs moves out of range of the strikes.
Santana lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Briggs circles away quickly and effectively.
Santana jabs Briggs right on the nose. Briggs blinks but takes it well.

It looks like Ajax Briggs has been cut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Santana throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Briggs.
Briggs appears to be looking for a big counter.
Santana throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Briggs ducks under a wild hook from Santana.
Briggs doesn't manage to clinch there - Santana circles away.
Briggs throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Santana.

A head kick lands from Briggs that sends Santana to the canvas. Santana tries to scramble back to his feet but Briggs brings him back down into side control.

Santana is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Briggs is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Santana is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Santana is still in real trouble! Can Briggs finish him?
Santana is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Santana seems to have recovered his senses.
Briggs tries to advance to mount but can't.
Santana is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Santana sneaks out the side door and pushes Briggs away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Briggs moves in looking to clinch but Santana pushes him off.
Briggs lands a head kick. Santana smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Briggs lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Santana sprawling to the canvas. Briggs follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Santana hang on?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Santana has one foot on Briggs's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Briggs doesn't manage to clinch there - Santana circles away.
Santana dodges the punch combination from Briggs.
Santana looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Briggs throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
An inside leg kick lands from Briggs.
Briggs fails in his attempt to clinch.
Santana throws a jab but it's blocked by Briggs.
Santana throws a right hand that Briggs ducks under and follows up with a left that Briggs also avoids with ease.
Santana misses with a two punch combination.
Briggs throws a head kick that half lands.
Briggs connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Santana tumbling to the canvas! Briggs pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Santana was done - good stoppage!
