The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schaub clobbers Hammerfall with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Schaub has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

As Schaub looks to move away, Hammerfall throws a big counter combo but Schaub just gets out of the way.
Hammerfall seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

and Hammerfall counters with a crisp right hand that drops Schaub! Hammerfall lets Schaub back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
It looks like Bryan Schaub has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Schaub tries for a takedown but Hammerfall circles away easily
and Hammerfall counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Schaub falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!

UberThor Hammerfall decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
