The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whitaker stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Whitaker wants it to stay on the feet.
Cosita doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Whitaker moves into the clinch.

Cosita postures up and lands a big shot to Whitaker's brow.

Whitaker wants to improve his position but Cosita is controlling well.
