Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Petr Antonovich (ranked 1397 p4p, 219 weight class) and Glady Shinker (ranked 2381 p4p, 337 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Antonovich cracks Shinker with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Antonovich takes a jab right on the kisser.
We've been told by Antonovich's head coaches at Doom's Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Shinker misses with a series of wild punches.
Antonovich slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Nice uppercut lands for Shinker. That snapped Antonovich's head back.
Shinker throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Antonovich.
Shinker misses the body punch
and Antonovich counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Antonovich fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Shinker is out of range.
Antonovich misses with a hook. Shinker ducked under it nicely.
Antonovich takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Antonovich scores with a nice right hand.
Antonovich throws the left hand but Shinker avoids the punch easily.

Shinker throws a head kick that misses.
Antonovich is looking to counter punch.

Shinker lands a big head kick that sends Antonovich tumbling to the mat! Shinker takes a step backwards and waves Antonovich back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Antonovich is rocked!
Shinker circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Antonovich to the canvas! Antonovich doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Shinker keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
