Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between CJ Tripp (ranked 4537 p4p, 496 weight class) and Jesus Willian Jr (ranked 4536 p4p, 495 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jesus Willian Jr!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tripp pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Willian Jr back to the cage. Tripp follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Tripp will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Tripp fails to land with a series of punches.
Tripp looks to land a combination. Willian Jr sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Jesus Willian Jr has been cut.
Tripp throws an overhand right that lands on Willian Jr's shoulder, as Willian Jr tries to avoid the shot.
Willian Jr looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Willian Jr takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Willian Jr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tripp sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Willian Jr somewhat.
Tripp works Willian Jr's body with a nice hook.
Tripp comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
We've been told by Tripp's head coaches at Ryōzanpaku Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Willian Jr tries for a takedown but Tripp circles away easily
letting Tripp counter with a right hand.
Tripp ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Tripp dips to his left and cracks Willian Jr with an uppercut!
Jesus Willian Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Willian Jr takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Tripp scores with a body shot.
Tripp with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Willian Jr is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tripp sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
CJ Tripp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesus Willian Jr.
Tripp drops Willian Jr with a beautiful combination! Willian Jr stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Tripp is looking for the KO!
Willian Jr is rocked!
Tripp is looking to wear down Willian Jr with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tripp fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Willian Jr on the side of the head.

Tripp ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Tripp cracks Willian Jr with a left hook right on the temple and Willian Jr goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Tripp lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Willian Jr is OK!
