Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Three Dog (ranked 161 p4p, 22 weight class) and Ravi Shankoli (ranked 609 p4p, 99 weight class). Dog comes into the arena with Fallout blaring out of the sound system. Shankoli has chosen Ravi Shankar - Om Shiva as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Shankoli gets tackled into the cage by Dog. Dog maintains the clinch.
Dog misses with a short punch on the inside.
I was talking to Dog's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Dog.

Shankoli is posturing up here but Dog has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Shankoli tries to roll out but it's too tight and Shankoli has to tap! Slick submission there by Dog!

During a confident post fight interview, Three Dog thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
The defeated Ravi Shankoli had this to say: 'I believe he forgotten shower for a week or something, I gagged on my own vomit and never could get it back together again. Take a shower you filthy bastard!'.
