Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Reijo Halli (ranked 5541 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fritz Haarmann (ranked 6181 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Haarmann uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Halli.
Haarmann ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Haarmann uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Halli.
Halli tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Haarmann counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Halli!
Haarmann looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Haarmann thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Halli is looking to reverse the position.
Halli gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Haarmann is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Halli defends it well.

Haarmann doesn't have the hooks in and Halli manages to turn into his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Haarmann really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Halli. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Haarmann avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Haarmann drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Halli manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Haarmann has Halli in his guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Reijo Halli will probably get the nod.
