Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cody Myres (ranked 2544 p4p, 315 weight class) and Ronald Bosa (ranked 2794 p4p, 337 weight class). Bosa has chosen Tee Grizzley- Colors as his entrance music. Cody Myres has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cody Myres! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ronald Bosa! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Glass and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bosa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Myres avoids the head kick by Bosa.
Bosa misses with the body kick and Myres counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Myres. Bosa drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Myres gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Myres lands a right hand that snaps the head of Bosa backwards. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Myres swings wildly with an uppercut but Bosa uses good head movement to avoid it. A short uppercut from Myres.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bosa throws a sloppy head kick and Myres moves out of range easily. Ronald Bosa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bosa looks to land a combination but Myres avoids it well. Bosa throws a leg kick that is checked and Myres holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Bosa looks to throw an elbow but misses. Bosa throws an elbow but it's blocked.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Myres prevents Bosa from breaking the clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bosa is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Myres lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. That was a close second round but I would say that Cody Myres will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Bosa is rocked! Myres lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Ronald Bosa has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bosa is still on wobbly legs! Can Myres finish him? Myres lands a shot to the body. Myres drops Bosa onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Bosa is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
And that's the end of the fight! Cody Myres showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Myres, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
