Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aslanbek Barayev (ranked 2629 p4p, 236 weight class) and Gogorosi Tkewelulu (ranked 2784 p4p, 248 weight class). Barayev comes to the cage accompanied by Antirespect - There. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Daniel Franklin and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barayev fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Tkewelulu, pushing him back against the cage.
Barayev definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Tkewelulu has hold of one of Barayev's legs. Barayev is fighting the takedown attempt but Tkewelulu gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Barayev is looking for a triangle but Tkewelulu pushes his legs off easily.
Barayev is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tkewelulu defends well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tkewelulu is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Barayev is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Tkewelulu rolls with it to try and escape but Barayev cranks on the arm and Tkewelulu is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
