Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Randall Couture!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Joseph Jones and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture walks into a left hand.
Couture looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Couture will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Couture fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Brown sprawls well initially but Couture persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Couture in particular looking to stall.
Couture is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Couture is nestled in close to Brown, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Couture looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Couture looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Nice strikes from Couture there.

Brown is looking to escape.
Brown has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Brown on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Brown tries to get out of the position.
Couture is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Couture scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Couture controlling the pace.
Couture winds up and cracks Brown with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Brown pushes Couture off looking to stand but Couture dives back in and keeps control.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Couture connects with a nice short shot to Brown's temple.
Brown is trying to maintain the position but Couture is very close to passing his half guard.
Brown tries to kick Couture off but Couture keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Couture looks to land a right hand but Brown moved out of range.
Brown fakes the leg kick and cracks Couture in the body.
A combination from Brown does no damage.
Couture misses with a body shot
and Brown makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Couture misses with an uppercut
and Brown counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Couture thinking.
Brown lands with a kick to the temple. Couture shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Couture dives in for a single leg takedown but Brown sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Brown thows a body kick. Couture tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Couture looks winded!
Brown throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Couture.
Brown lands a big uppercut and Couture crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Couture looks OK. Brown waves Couture back to his feet!
Couture is rocked!
Brown measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Couture! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Kingsley Brown!
As Kingsley Brown got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: "where's Sobchak at,where are you punk lets have a rematch and see who bleeds this time".'.
