Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Ewen Davis (ranked 606 p4p, 82 weight class) and Hero Galanos (ranked 610 p4p, 84 weight class). Davis comes into the arena with Atreyu-Ex's and oh's blaring out of the sound system. Galanos is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: oh boy, he's walking out in gladiator trunks. And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 7 wins and 4 losses; Hero Galanos!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, John Kavanagh and Chad Campbell.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Davis tries for a takedown but Galanos sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

We've been hearing good reports from Davis's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Davis is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Galanos frees his head nicely. Oh but Davis has switched to an armbar! Galanos is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
