Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Brevan Mink!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, White Death!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Bart Greer and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Death closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Mink's guard.
Death should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Death stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mink swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mink is looking to sweep but instead, Death has passed into half guard.

Death is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Death not landing any meaningful shots this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mink wants to control but Death passes into side.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Death is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Mink has escaped the position, nice work there.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Death tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Death has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Death is trying to get an arm triangle but Mink is defending well.

Death is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Mink is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Mink looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Mink is trying to improve his position.

Death has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Mink is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Death yanks on the arm and Mink is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Death.
