Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Josh Cook (ranked 3030 p4p, 246 weight class) and Aldo Crespo (ranked 1231 p4p, 128 weight class). Crespo has chosen Toxic Waltz as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Cook! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aldo Crespo! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cook takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Cook swings widly with a right hand
and Crespo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Crespo drives through with a takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crespo not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Crespo is fighting to break Cook's control of his arms but Cook is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Cook keeping moving, preventing Crespo from controlling successfully. Cook might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Crespo throws a big elbow that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Crespo is looking to work some ground and pound but Cook has wrist control. Crespo working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cook controlling Crespo's posture. Cook keeping moving, preventing Crespo from controlling successfully.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Crespo to score with a decent uppercut. Cook scores with a nice head shot. Cook digs a good hook to Crespo's body.
Cook takes a shot right to the bread basket. Cook throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Crespo slips under a jab. This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Cook. Josh Cook seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cook ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Crespo moves away. Cook misses with a lunging right hand
and Crespo counters with a head kick. That will keep Cook thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Cook lands with an uppercut that bounces Crespo off the cage and back into range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cook defending well as Crespo loads up on a big left hand. A jab from Cook finds it's way through Crespo's defenses.
Crespo is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crespo misses with a hook to the body
and Cook counters with a crisp right that sends Crespo to the canvas! Cook follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
