Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dmitry Ovchinnikov (ranked 4516 p4p, 486 weight class) and Damagon Ench�rya (ranked 2563 p4p, 342 weight class). Ench�rya has chosen Blaxcaliber as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Donatello Bradman and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ovchinnikov ducks under a wild hook from Ench�rya.
Ovchinnikov displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ench�rya throws out the jab.
Ench�rya misses with the body kick
and Ovchinnikov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've been informed that Ench�rya has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Ovchinnikov tries to close the distance and clinch but Ench�rya swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ovchinnikov throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Ench�rya takes a swing at Ovchinnikov's ribcage but misses.
Ovchinnikov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Dmitry Ovchinnikov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slow jab from Ovchinnikov misses its intended target.
A little jabbing left from Ench�rya on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Ovchinnikov throws an overhand right that lands on Ench�rya's shoulder, as Ench�rya tries to avoid the shot.

and Ench�rya counters with a nice uppercut.
Ovchinnikov swings for the body but Ench�rya moves out of range.
Ench�rya throws out a counter right but Ovchinnikov avoids it with no problem.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Ench�rya counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Ench�rya avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Ench�rya looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Ench�rya takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Ovchinnikov is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ench�rya.

Ench�rya takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Ovchinnikov looks to land a right hand but Ench�rya moved out of range.
Ovchinnikov looks to score with a jab to the body but Ench�rya is just out of range.
Ench�rya throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ovchinnikov staying out of range there.
Ovchinnikov forces Ench�rya back against the cage and clinches.
Ovchinnikov tries to circle away but Ench�rya has him pinned against the cage.
Ench�rya lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Ench�rya lands a left hand that snaps the head of Ovchinnikov backwards.
Ovchinnikov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Crunch! Ench�rya slams his shin into Ovchinnikov's torso.
Ench�rya throws a body shot but no joy.
Ovchinnikov blocks a low kick nicely.
Ovchinnikov throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Ench�rya counters with a good, hard body kick but Ovchinnikov shrugs it off.
A big right from Ovchinnikov misses.
Ovchinnikov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ovchinnikov steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Ench�rya. That one must have hurt.
Ovchinnikov is breathing heavily.
Good leg kick by Ench�rya there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Ench�rya goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Ovchinnikov throws a right hand that misses
and Ench�rya cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ench�rya fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Ench�rya uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ovchinnikov.
Ovchinnikov swings for the body but Ench�rya moves out of range.
Both fighters circling a little - Ench�rya finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Ench�rya throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Ovchinnikov rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Ench�rya scores with a counter punch that sends Ovchinnikov to the canvas! Ench�rya smells blood - he's punishing Ovchinnikov with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Ovchinnikov has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Damagon Ench�rya!
A relieved looking Damagon Ench�rya thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
