The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belabed moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Hasbullaev tries to work over Belabed's front leg with a kick but Belabed checks it.
Hasbullaev ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Belabed moves away.
An attempted straight right counter from Belabed misses the target.
Hasbullaev fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Belabed looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Hasbullaev tries to close the distance and clinch up but Belabed swats him away and circles back towards the center.

enabling Belabed to counter with a crisp jab.

Hasbullaev has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Belabed has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Belabed ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Belabed no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Hasbullaev has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Belabed is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hasbullaev.

Belabed is really struggling to control Hasbullaev but he's trying to hold on to the position.
