Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eric Staal (ranked 1008 p4p, 128 weight class) and Sandayu Winger (ranked 760 p4p, 98 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Sandayu Winger!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A nice side step and Winger releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
A looping hook to the body misses from Staal. Winger does a little dance to reset his feet.

Winger misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Staal bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Winger's head.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Staal changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Winger looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
