St Pierre throws a body punch but Fortuin moves out of range.

Flip Fortuin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
St Pierre throws the kick towards the body but Fortuin avoids it.

Fortuin closes the distance and pushes St Pierre back into the ropes.

We've been informed that Fortuin has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

St Pierre has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from St Pierre there as he acknowledges the shot.

BAM! Fortuin delivers a spinning backfist that drops St Pierre like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!

Flip Fortuin decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
