The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
West trying to control the position but Harris is working away.
West has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Harris is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. West yanks on the arm and Harris is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by West.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Wayde West!
A very excited looking Wayde West rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
