Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Weimin Liaw!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Doctor Strangeee!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Sergei Dronov and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Liaw drives through and clinches with Strangeee against the cage.

Liaw's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Strangeee misses with a hook
and Liaw counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Liaw forces Strangeee back against the cage and clinches.

Liaw breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Strangeee lands the left hand.
Liaw throws a head kick but Strangeee moves out of range.
Liaw comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Liaw closes the distance and clinches.
Strangeee is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Liaw is keeping busy.
A nice right hand lands inside from Strangeee.
Strangeee swings wildly with an uppercut but Liaw uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Liaw as Strangeee tries to tie him up.

Liaw pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Strangeee is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Liaw connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Liaw lands a body shot.
Strangeee walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Liaw! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
