Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Whalter White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marlin Scars!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paulsen Ambrosius and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scars connects with a leg kick. White looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

White closes the distance and clinches.

White gets control of Scars's arms and successfully pulls guard. White will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Scars thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

White is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Scars defends well.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now White is on top in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

White is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
White wants to control from the top but Scars keeps moving.

That's one minute gone in the round.
White pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Scars is keeping the position for now.
Scars is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Scars passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for White!
White tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Scars lands with some strikes.
Scars can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as White is looking to escape.
White tries to reverse the position but Scars maintains control.
White bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Scars pulls White in close to prevent any damage.

White drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Scars manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now White has Scars in his guard.

Scars is sitting in close to White's body. White has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Scars is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Scars is tapping! That was a very nice submission by White.

A less than humble Whalter White misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
