Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Three Dog (ranked 56 p4p, 10 weight class) and Hector Stefan (ranked 69 p4p, 11 weight class). Dog comes to the cage accompanied by Fallout. Stefan has chosen Onward to Victory as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
28 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Three Dog! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
26 - 14 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Hector Stefan! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dog walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Stefan jabs Dog right on the nose. Dog blinks but takes it well. Dog throws a low kick but Stefan moves out of range easily. Stefan gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Stefan throws a shot from downtown. Dog moves away and avoids it. Dog seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Stefan connects with a leg kick. Dog looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Stefan looks to land a combination. Dog sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Three Dog has been cut. Dog tries to clinch there but Stefan circles away.
Stefan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Dog throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dog tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stefan was well out of range. Poor timing from Dog. Dog avoids the body shot from Stefan.
Dog appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Stefan scores with a three punch combo!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Stefan throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Stefan takes a shot right to the bread basket. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dog, as that shot connected.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stefan defending well as Dog loads up on a big left hand. Dog is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Stefan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Stefan drops Dog with a beautiful combination! Dog stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Stefan is looking for the KO!
Dog is rocked! Stefan with a hook. Oh Dog is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Stefan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Dog seems to have got his legs back now. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dog wants to clinch up but Stefan keeps it at a distance. Dog tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stefan was well out of range. Poor timing from Dog. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Stefan! But no joy. Stefan throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Stefan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Stefan misses with a combination
and Stefan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Stefan tries to bum rush Dog with a series of wild strikes but Dog uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hector Stefan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dog feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Stefan's calf. Dog fails with an attempt to clinch.
Stefan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dog was well out of range. Poor timing from Stefan. Stefan misses with a lunging right hand
and Dog cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Dog turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Dog slips a jab from Stefan. Dog works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Dog dodges the punch combination from Stefan.
Stefan lands with a shot to the body. Dog takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Dog is looking to clinch but Stefan is avoiding it.
Despite the aggression on Stefan's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stefan misses the shot to the body. Stefan tests Dog's chin there with a solid looking shot. Dog really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Stefan throws a lazy right hand but Dog sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Dog gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Stefan. Stefan misses with a combination
and Dog counters by clinching up. Dog definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Dog swings wildly with an uppercut but Stefan uses good head movement to avoid it. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Dog. Stefan blocks an uppercut.
Dog misses with a punch to the body.
Dog tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Dog misses with the head strike.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stefan blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Dog misses with a body punch.
Stefan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Dog misses with an uppercut
and Stefan counters with a stiff right hand. A slow jab from Stefan misses its intended target. Stefan throws a right hand that misses
and Dog counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Stefan throws a right and a left that both miss. Stefan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dog. As Stefan backs away, Dog returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Dog swings and misses with a hook to the body.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dog jabbing away but nothing is landing. Stefan throws a hook but Dog blocks it. Dog is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Stefan chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Dog can pounce on him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hector Stefan dominated that round. The cut man is working on Three Dog's cut. That's time! Back to the action!

and Dog counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Dog connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Stefan misses with a combination
letting Dog counter with a right hand. Dog takes a swing at Stefan's ribcage but misses. Dog doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A chopping leg kick lands by Dog. Dog swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Stefan. Stefan throws a right hand that Dog ducks under and follows up with a left that Dog also avoids with ease. Dog moves into range and connects with a jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dog connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stefan swats away the attempt to clinch by Dog. Stefan connects with a body shot. Dog tries to clinch but Stefan is having none of it. Stefan throws a head kick that Dog semi-blocks.

A looping hook to the body misses from Stefan. Dog does a little dance to reset his feet. Stefan takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stefan throws a sloppy head kick and Dog moves out of range easily. Stefan walks into a left hand. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stefan punishes Dog's body with a nice straight punch. Stefan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dog moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Dog was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Stefan has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Dog misses the shot to the body. Dog has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. Dog cracks Stefan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. A head kick misses from Stefan. Stefan scores with a push kick. Stefan misses with a wild combination.
Dog thumps Stefan with a low kick. Dog tries to clinch up but Stefan circles away and keeps his distance.

Stefan throws a body kick that misses. Dog wants to land a leg kick but Stefan is out of range. Stefan misses with a jab, cross combination.
An attempted straight right counter from Dog misses the target. A head kick by Stefan misses and Dog counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Dog. A short right from Dog. Dog manages to pull guard.
Dog is trying to control the position but Stefan postures up. Dog wants to sweep here but Stefan controlling him for the moment. Dog looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Stefan passes into half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Dog looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Stefan wants to stand but Dog has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Dog trying to control but Stefan postures up.
Stefan prevents Dog from improving his position. Dog trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Dog is wriggling around trying to escape.
Dog wants to control but Stefan is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Hector Stefan will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Three Dog's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!
Dog slips under a jab. Hector Stefan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Stefan thows a left - swing and a miss! Dog has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Stefan. Nice defenses there by Dog. Dog tries to move into range but Stefan moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Stefan tests Dog's chin there with a solid looking shot. Stefan looks to land a right hand but Dog moved out of range. Dog fires out a quick counter leg kick but Stefan just manages to avoid it. Dog closes the distance and clinches. A hook to the body from Dog.

Stefan is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Dog tries to work over Stefan's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Three Dog has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Stefan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stefan throws a right and a left that Dog avoids nicely. A counter left hand to the body from Dog misses its target. Stefan throws a right and a left that both miss. Stefan throws a hook but Dog avoids it easily. Dog is looking to clinch. Stefan swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Dog tries to clinch up but Stefan circles away and keeps his distance. Stefan throws a looping overhand right but Dog ducks down to avoid it. Dog is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Dog has Stefan up against the cage in a clinch.
Stefan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dog takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Stefan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stefan lands with an overhand left. Dog scores with a jab to the head.
Dog closes the distance looking to clinch and Stefan counters with a straight punch to the midsection. A decent looking body kick lands there for Stefan. Dog doesn't manage to clinch there - Stefan circles away.
Dog misses with a low kick. Stefan misses with a few strikes there.
Dog wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. A telegraphed right hand from Stefan misses the target. Hector Stefan is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Dog has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Hector Stefan seems to be getting the better of the standup. Stefan tries to bum rush Dog with a series of wild strikes but Dog uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Dog tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Stefan thinks about the counter body kick. Stefan throws a front kick that sends Dog stumbling back into the cage. A telegraphed right hand from Dog misses the target. Stefan moves away from the strike by Dog.
And that's the end of the fight! Hector Stefan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Stefan winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Three Dog was interviewed post fight and said 'If it walks like a liberal, talks like a liberal and acts like a liberal, then Grumpy is a Liberal!'.
