Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kong has Menard pressed against the cage, preventing Menard from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Oh Menard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kong creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dub Kong dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Menard seems to have got his legs back now.
Kong has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Menard tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Kong lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Menard can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Kong and Menard drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Kong.
