Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jianabule Ahezhuole (ranked 3804 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kwon Woo Lee (ranked 6951 p4p, 0 weight class). Ahezhuole has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jianabule Ahezhuole! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kwon Woo Lee! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ahezhuole tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lee sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ahezhuole somewhat. Lee lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Lee forces Ahezhuole back against the cage and clinches. Lee gets control of Ahezhuole's arms and successfully pulls guard. Lee will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Lee pulls Ahezhuole in close to prevent any damage. Lee looking for a sweep. Not yet Lee, not yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ahezhuole. Lee looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ahezhuole throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lee works some decent striking defense from the bottom. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lee is on top in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ahezhuole looking for a sweep. Not yet Ahezhuole, not yet. Ahezhuole is breathing heavily. Ahezhuole utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Ahezhuole looking for a guillotine here but Lee defends easily.
Lee is stalling in the full guard. Lee pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ahezhuole is keeping the position for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Lee stands up from guard. Let's bang! Ahezhuole throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Ahezhuole throws a sloppy head kick and Lee moves out of range easily. Ahezhuole dives in and grabs Lee's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lee pushes down on Ahezhuole's head and hops out. Lee goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Lee is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ahezhuole sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Lee shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ahezhuole pinned against the cage. Ahezhuole gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Lee lands a head kick. Ahezhuole smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Lee misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Jianabule Ahezhuole has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kwon Woo Lee.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ahezhuole lands with a slapping head kick. Lee fails miserably with a takedown attempt. A little feinted left hand from Ahezhuole on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Lee forces Ahezhuole back against the cage and clinches. Lee is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Lee has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ahezhuole is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Ahezhuole being controlled against the cage. Lee breaks from the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ahezhuole tries to clinch up and Lee counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Lee trying to pass the guard but Ahezhuole defending well. Ahezhuole tries to kick Lee off but Lee keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Lee stalling. Ahezhuole wants to get back to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kwon Woo Lee dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Lee gets a clinch. Lee drags the fight down to the ground.
Lee wants to get back to his feet but Ahezhuole is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Ahezhuole throws a strike but Lee rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Lee engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Ahezhuole looking to sweep here. No luck so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee stands up from Ahezhuole's guard - Lee perhaps looking for a knockout. No luck with that takedown attempt from Ahezhuole. Ahezhuole takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ahezhuole sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. No luck for Ahezhuole with that takedown attempt. Kwon Woo Lee seems to be getting the better of the standup. Lee is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ahezhuole sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Ahezhuole appears to be looking for a big counter. Ahezhuole misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lee dives in and grabs Ahezhuole's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ahezhuole pushes down on Lee's head and hops out. Jianabule Ahezhuole has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kwon Woo Lee. Lee gets a clinch. Ahezhuole misses with a knee strike.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Ahezhuole is looking to work some ground and pound but Lee has wrist control. Ahezhuole in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Lee doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Lee seems keen to control Ahezhuole's posture. Lee throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Ahezhuole throws an elbow that misses. Lee uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Ahezhuole's guard. Nice move by Lee! Lee wants to stand but Ahezhuole is controlling his posture from full guard. Ahezhuole escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lee engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kwon Woo Lee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Lee moves into the clinch. Lee lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ahezhuole backwards. Lee keeps control of Ahezhuole as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Lee gets through Ahezhuole's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. With the fighters up against the cage, Lee throws an elbow but misses. Ahezhuole is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Lee to keep the fight standing. Lee drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Ahezhuole gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Lee has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Lee drags the fight down to the ground.

Ahezhuole drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lee manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Ahezhuole has Lee in his guard. Lee is stalling in the full guard. Lee stops Ahezhuole from standing up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Lee looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Lee's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee works a leg free and moves into half guard. Ahezhuole has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lee is working away from the top position though. Lee slows the pace down in half guard. Ahezhuole won't allow Lee to pass to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Lee is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Lee controlling from mount. More stalling from Lee. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ahezhuole tries to get back to half guard but can't.
And that's the end of the fight! Kwon Woo Lee comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lee has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
