Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sebastian Kluba (ranked 698 p4p, 110 weight class) and Sebastian Rutten (ranked 3485 p4p, 379 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Sebastian Rutten!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kluba rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rutten moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kluba sets himself, and Rutten steps forward looking for the clinch! Kluba avoids it this time.

Rutten has his takedown stuffed
and Kluba connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Sebastian Rutten has been cut.
Kluba swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Rutten falls off balance throwing a combination
and Kluba counters with a three punch combo that has Rutten backing up. Rutten nods at Kluba to acknowledge the strikes.

enabling Kluba to counter with a crisp jab.

Kluba throws a hook to the side of Rutten's head but Rutten sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Kluba seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Kluba is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Rutten takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
The fight stays on the outside here - Rutten looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kluba checks a leg kick.

Kluba is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Rutten takes one to the side of the head.
Kluba throws a hook to the side of Rutten's head but Rutten sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Kluba scores with the left hand. Rutten knows he should have avoided that one.

Rutten drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Kluba defends it well.

Rutten has managed to clinch.
Rutten jumps guard.
Kluba trying to stand up but can't free himself from Rutten's guard.
Rutten pulls Kluba in close to prevent any damage.
Kluba wants to get up but he can't break Rutten's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Rutten is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
