Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Elroy Barry (ranked 23494 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunner Mclovin (ranked 3024 p4p, 0 weight class). Gunner Mclovin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Elroy Barry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gunner Mclovin! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mclovin throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Mclovin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Barry sprawls well. Barry wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mclovin gets slowly back to his feet. A counter left hand to the body from Barry misses its target. Barry moves into the clinch. Mclovin taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Barry has Mclovin pressed against the cage, preventing Mclovin from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Mclovin is struggling to control the position. Barry tries to score a body lock takedown but Mclovin shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mclovin tightens his grip and picks Barry up, before dumping him to the ground. Barry manages to land in guard. Mclovin not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Mclovin wants to pass the guard but Barry is keeping the position. Barry trying to keep a closed guard but Mclovin is proving a slippery customer.
Mclovin looking to sit in guard and control but Barry gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Mclovin trying to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mclovin working a defensive guard but Barry manages to pass into side control anyway.
Barry will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Mclovin is looking to regain half guard here but Barry keeps moving and retains side control. Barry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Mclovin is trying to control Barry's posture but Barry avoids it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Barry scoring with punches and elbows. You can see the frustration on Mclovin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Barry cracks Mclovin with a big right hand but Mclovin just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Mclovin tries to improve position but can't. Barry swings around for an armbar but Mclovin sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Barry's guard. Mclovin is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Barry wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mclovin controls from within his opponent's guard. Barry trying to control the position.
Mclovin gets to his feet - Barry follows without any prompting. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Barry stuffs the takedown. Barry changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Gunner Mclovin will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Mclovin closes the distance and clinches. Mclovin is trying to break the clinch but Barry is controlling him. A bit of stalling here from Barry.
Barry prevents a takedown attempt there.
Mclovin just leaning against Barry, taking a breather. Barry jumps guard and drags Mclovin to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mclovin is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Mclovin working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Barry's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mclovin drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Barry manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Mclovin has Barry in his guard. Barry postures up in Mclovin's guard and throws a big left but Mclovin blocks it. Mclovin is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Mclovin manages to get to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mclovin avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Barry lands a couple of digs. Mclovin had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Barry defends it easily. Mclovin utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Mclovin is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Barry won't allow Mclovin to sweep him here. Mclovin is looking to cinch up a triangle. Barry throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Mclovin's body to avoid the submission. Mclovin has instead reached around Barry's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Mclovin arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Gunner Mclovin!
