Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bekbulat Kamchybekov (ranked 4691 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sudsakorn Porpramook (ranked 3517 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bekbulat Kamchybekov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sudsakorn Porpramook! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Steve Montenegro and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Porpramook misses with a double jab
and Kamchybekov counters with a left to the body. Kamchybekov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kamchybekov shoots in and bounces Porpramook off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Kamchybekov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Kamchybekov is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Kamchybekov throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Porpramook works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Porpramook wants to sweep here but Kamchybekov controlling him for the moment. Porpramook being controlled here, momentarily. Porpramook working a defensive guard here.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Kamchybekov is looking to stand up but Porpramook won't let him.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Kamchybekov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Porpramook has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kamchybekov is working away from the top position though. Kamchybekov is figuring out what he wants to do next.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ground and pound from Kamchybekov. Porpramook has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kamchybekov is working away from the top position though. Kamchybekov wants to stand up but Porpramook manages to regain full guard. Kamchybekov tries to stand but Porpramook is controlling from the bottom.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Kamchybekov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kamchybekov tries for a kimura but Porpramook is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kamchybekov lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Kamchybekov controls the position. Kamchybekov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Porpramook on the ground. Kamchybekov working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Kamchybekov avoids the strikes from the bottom by Porpramook. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kamchybekov throws an elbow but Porpramook slips to the side and avoids it well. Kamchybekov decides to stand back up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kamchybekov throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Porpramook to regain full guard. Kamchybekov trying to control the position from guard on top but Porpramook is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kamchybekov postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Kamchybekov showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Kamchybekov is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Porpramook can do to turn this around? Kamchybekov would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kamchybekov is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Kamchybekov controls from within his opponent's guard. Kamchybekov trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Porpramook manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Kamchybekov looking to hit a scissor sweep but Porpramook is one step ahead there.

Kamchybekov is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Kamchybekov tries to land a sweep but no joy. Kamchybekov avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kamchybekov moves out of range of the body kick. Kamchybekov rushes Porpramook and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Porpramook keeps control of Kamchybekov as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Porpramook being controlled against the cage. Kamchybekov has Porpramook pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kamchybekov pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Porpramook tumbling to the mat - Kamchybekov dives into Porpramook's guard. Kamchybekov looking to sit in guard and control but Porpramook gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Kamchybekov has Porpramook pulled in close to control his posture.

A close second round but Sudsakorn Porpramook will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Nice work there by Porpramook! Kamchybekov has his foot on Porpramook's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Porpramook works his way back into a safe position though. Porpramook preventing the sweep. Kamchybekov is working hard here to advance position. Porpramook pushes down on Kamchybekov's leg and manages to get into half guard. Porpramook prevents Kamchybekov from standing back up.

Kamchybekov has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Porpramook is working away from the top position though.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Porpramook gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kamchybekov to score an easy takedown into full guard. Kamchybekov not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Kamchybekov's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Porpramook for as long as he can get away with. Kamchybekov throwing strikes but missing. Kamchybekov wants to stand but Porpramook has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Porpramook keeping moving, preventing Kamchybekov from controlling successfully.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bekbulat Kamchybekov. Well Kamchybekov has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
