Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Draco Bravo (ranked 5439 p4p, 52 weight class) and Danny Raggazza (ranked 5491 p4p, 55 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Tokyo, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 2 losses; Danny Raggazza! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Bravo darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Bravo (2) vs (0) Raggazza Bravo wants to free his trapped foot but Raggazza is holding on for dear life with his legs. Raggazza is looking to control Bravo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Raggazza avoid being mounted? Bravo wants to pass the guard but Raggazza is defending well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Raggazza tries to roll over but Bravo keeps him under control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Raggazza is trying to maintain the position but Bravo is very close to passing his half guard. Raggazza is positioning himself well to prevent Bravo advancing to mount. Raggazza looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Bravo wants to control but Raggazza is keeping him busy. That's two minutes gone in the round. Bravo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Raggazza keeps working. Raggazza is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bravo pulls his head out easily. Raggazza moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Raggazza looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Bravo passes into half guard.

Bravo wants to pass the guard but Raggazza is defending well. Raggazza is trying to get back to full guard. Bravo is keen to just control but Raggazza is a slippery customer.
That's five minutes gone in the round. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Raggazza is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bravo pulls his head out easily. Bravo looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Raggazza moves into full guard.
Bravo avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's six minutes gone in the round. Raggazza wants to control the position but Bravo says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Raggazza looking for submissions off his back. Raggazza gets full guard. Bravo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Raggazza has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bravo has managed to get both his arms back between Raggazza's legs - danger averted. Bravo trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Bravo looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Bravo wants to pass to mount but Raggazza is defending the position. The fighters are battling for position here. Raggazza manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Raggazza is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bravo is aware though and is defending well. Bravo has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. Raggazza has control of Bravo's left arm, preventing Bravo from doing any damage. Bravo looking to improve position, pressing down on Raggazza's thigh with his hand. Raggazza seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Bravo paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Bravo's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Raggazza picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
