Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Antun Racic (ranked 4519 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Sheeran (ranked 4637 p4p, 0 weight class). Antun Racic has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Antun Racic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ben Sheeran!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheeran scores with a three punch combo!
Sheeran throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Racic counters with a left and a right that stings Sheeran.
Racic fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sheeran, pushing him back against the cage.
Racic has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Sheeran regains guard immediately.
Sheeran bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Racic's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Racic looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Sheeran throws a big right hand that misses.
Racic is breathing heavily.
Sheeran showing good wrestling skills to control the position.

Sheeran trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Sheeran slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Sheeran trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Racic is trying to control the position but Sheeran postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sheeran not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Sheeran tries to free his leg and advance position but Racic is retaining full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Sheeran is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sheeran slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Sheeran wants to lay and pray for a moment but Racic keeps working.
Sheeran in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Racic is not content to let Sheeran control the position.
Sheeran is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Racic's shoulder. That is not cool.
The ground and pound from Sheeran seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Sheeran content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Sheeran throws the left hand but Racic avoids the punch easily.
Sheeran changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Racic looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Sheeran wants to lay and pray for a moment but Racic keeps working.
Sheeran content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
It looks like Sheeran might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Sheeran's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Racic closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sheeran did well to prevent Racic getting side control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ben Sheeran will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Sheeran tries to close the distance and clinch up but Racic swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Sheeran gets caught flat footed, as Racic shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Racic postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sheeran is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Racic, into his guard.
Sheeran postures up in Racic's guard and throws a big left but Racic blocks it.
Sheeran wants to pass the guard but Racic is keeping the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Sheeran is continuing to stall.
Sheeran passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Racic is looking to reverse the position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Racic is letting Sheeran control him for a moment.
Sheeran works to advance to full mount. Racic defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Sheeran pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Let's hope that Sheeran has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Sheeran has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Racic wants to hold on but Sheeran pushes him away.

Ben Sheeran showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Sheeran fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sheeran has a takedown stuffed.
Racic dodges the punch combination from Sheeran.
Sheeran shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Racic defends it nicely.

Racic knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sheeran on the ground.

Sheeran seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sheeran is on top in guard.
Sheeran is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Racic seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
