Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Trey Bridges (ranked 3134 p4p, 325 weight class) and Michael Greenwood (ranked 3112 p4p, 324 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Trey Bridges has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Trey Bridges seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Trey Bridges! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Greenwood! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bridges throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Michael Greenwood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Greenwood misses with a low kick. Greenwood gets tackled into the cage by Bridges. Bridges maintains the clinch. Greenwood is trying to break free. Bridges gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Greenwood regains guard.
Bridges working some strikes from top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bridges stands up over Greenwood, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Bridges wants to control from the top but Greenwood keeps moving. Bridges working some strikes from top position. Bridges is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Greenwood wants to get back to his feet but Bridges is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Bridges distracts Greenwood with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Bridges working some strikes from top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Greenwood keeping moving, preventing Bridges from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bridges cracks Greenwood with a solid left hand. Bridges lands a couple of decent looking shots. Bridges wants to control from the top but Greenwood keeps moving. Bridges not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Bridges's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Greenwood wants to get back to his feet but Bridges is in a dominant position and won't allow it. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Greenwood keeping moving, preventing Bridges from controlling successfully. Greenwood can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bridges controls the pace. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Bridges working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Bridges is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Bridges with a nice head shot there. Greenwood is fighting to maintain full guard but Bridges has managed to sneak the leg through. Bridges lands strikes from half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bridges in particular looking to stall. Greenwood looks like he's trying to stand up.
Greenwood is not content to let Bridges control the position. Greenwood wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bridges drops an elbow to the side of Greenwood's head. Bridges wants to lay and pray for a moment but Greenwood keeps working. Greenwood is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Bridges scores with a couple of nice shots. Greenwood is refusing to be controlled, as Bridges sits in half guard. Bridges lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Bridges lands a nice short elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Trey Bridges dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Greenwood tries a head kick but it misses.

Greenwood throws a lazy body kick and Bridges counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Greenwood! Greenwood bucks up and tries to throw Bridges off but instead Bridges has got his back! Greenwood is still in real trouble! Can Bridges finish him? Bridges punishes Greenwood with strikes from the back mount. Bridges scoring with big shots to the body. Greenwood is looking for a way out. A despairing look towards the ref and the official steps in to stop the fight. Greenwood was obviously done but didn't want to tap out.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Trey Bridges!
