Coming up we have a lightweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Enzo Salvatore (ranked 713 p4p, 89 weight class) and Arturo Caldeira (ranked 4183 p4p, 411 weight class). Salvatore comes to the ring accompanied by Reich mir die Hand. On his way into the ring it seems that Enzo Salvatore has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Enzo Salvatore seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 9 wins and 11 losses; Enzo Salvatore! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Hilo, with a TWGC record of 5 wins and 4 losses; Arturo Caldeira!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Caldeira is looking to clinch but Salvatore is avoiding it.
Salvatore gets tackled into the ropes by Caldeira. Caldeira maintains the clinch.
Caldeira manages to pull guard.
Salvatore wants to pass the guard but Caldeira is keeping the position.
Salvatore trying to control but Caldeira is working from the bottom.
Salvatore tries to free his leg and advance position but Caldeira is retaining full guard.
Salvatore drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Salvatore seems to have locked his on tight now - Caldeira screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Salvatore, as he picks up the win!
