Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tumleh Schmitt (ranked 2857 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleg Liguy (ranked 7365 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liguy changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Schmitt looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Schmitt is trying to control Liguy's posture but Liguy avoids it.
Liguy working the ground and pound.
Liguy looks up at the clock and then as Schmitt takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Liguy smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Schmitt regains half guard.
Schmitt is looking to control Liguy's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Schmitt avoid being mounted?

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Liguy throwing strikes but missing.
Schmitt manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Liguy manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Schmitt drops back looking for a leg! Liguy is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Liguy manages to kick Schmitt off! Schmitt jumps back into Liguy's guard.
Schmitt is looking to work some ground and pound but Liguy has wrist control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Liguy wants to sweep here but Schmitt controlling him for the moment.

Liguy trying to control the position but instead, Schmitt has worked for underhooks and has pushed Liguy into the cage.

Schmitt tries to score with some ground and pound. Liguy controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Schmitt wants to lay and pray for a moment but Liguy keeps working.
