Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Power (ranked 760 p4p, 41 weight class) and Ma Moru (ranked 1051 p4p, 57 weight class). Moru has chosen Stand Up as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moru fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Power is out of range.
Power takes the fight into the clinch.
Power lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Moru backwards.

Thomas Power seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moru shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
As Moru tries to get set, Power tries to push him back and clinch up but Moru manages to avoid the attempt.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Moru crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Power - the referee stops the clock and Moru gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Power. Moru manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Power feints and then cracks Moru's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Moru down.
