Coming up we have a light heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Harnett Mckleskin (ranked 3953 p4p, 392 weight class) and Bolo Yueng (ranked 3084 p4p, 336 weight class). Yueng has chosen Stranglehold by Ted Nugent as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And in the blue corner, fighting out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Bolo Yueng ! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Valeri Chadov and Aleksandr Martynov.

Yueng is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Yueng postures up.
Yueng thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Yueng won't allow Mckleskin to sweep him here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mckleskin trying to keep a closed guard but Yueng is proving a slippery customer.

Yueng trying to control but Mckleskin is working from the bottom. Yueng must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Mckleskin throws his legs up looking for a submission but Yueng uses it to pass to side control.

Mckleskin tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Yueng wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Yueng wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mckleskin keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mckleskin can't do much from the bottom here. Yueng thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Mckleskin tries to buck Yueng off but Yueng is having none of it. Yueng moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Yueng trying to control the action but Mckleskin is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mckleskin is looking for a sweep. Yueng tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Yueng working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Mckleskin gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Yueng is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Mckleskin tries to get to full guard but Yueng has control of the leg. Mckleskin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Yueng is working away from the top position though.

That's seven minutes gone in the round. Yueng passes Mckleskin's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Yueng seems to be working for a kimura but Mckleskin defends the submission attempt. Yueng trying to mount his opponent but Mckleskin defends it. Yueng wants to work for an arm triangle but Mckleskin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Mckleskin's corner is telling him to maintain position. Yueng is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Yueng has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mckleskin can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Yueng seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
That's thirteen minutes gone in the round. Mckleskin won't allow Yueng to sweep him here. Mckleskin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Yueng swivels though and keeps the full guard. Yueng is pulling down on Mckleskin's head. It's preventing any offense from Mckleskin, at least for the moment. Mckleskin won't allow Yueng to sweep him here. Mckleskin looking to sit in guard and control but Yueng gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
