You can see the frustration on Outlaw's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Outlaw definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Starr controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Outlaw is looking for a sweep.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Outlaw is trying to work for a sweep but Starr has mounted him!

Outlaw is squirming around looking to escape but he's just wriggling himself into more trouble. Starr sinks in the hooks and manages to tighten his grip on a rear naked choke. Outlaw has no choice but to tap and Starr jumps to his feet to celebrate and slick submission win!

Outlaw stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Outlaw wants it to stay on the feet.

Hensley throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Outlaw tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hensley is in Outlaw's guard.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Outlaw manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Outlaw tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
The referee calls for Outlaw to work.
Hensley has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Outlaw after a bit of a struggle. #TD2#
Outlaw jumps into guard, dragging Hensley to the mat. #T1#
Outlaw wants to stand up but Hensley is controlling him.
Outlaw looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hensley is one step ahead there.

Outlaw is looking to clinch but Bright is avoiding it.
Bright bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Outlaw's head backwards.#TD#
Bright throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Outlaw was covering up waiting for the punch and Bright finishes the takedown easily into guard. #SUB#
Bright drops back looking for a leg! Outlaw is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Outlaw manages to kick Bright off! Bright jumps back into Outlaw's guard.
Outlaw is pulling down on Bright's head. It's preventing any offense from Bright, at least for the moment.

That was a close round but I would say that Fabian Bright will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Fabian Bright.
Well Bright has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
