Zimmerman dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Jackson tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Zimmerman counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Zimmerman throws a leg kick which misses Jackson's front leg but catches the back leg as Jackson tries to avoid it. Jackson tries to clinch there but Zimmerman circles away.
Zimmerman was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Jackson is looking to clinch but Zimmerman is avoiding it.
Zimmerman changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Jackson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Zimmerman connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jackson's hands. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Zimmerman moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Debrine working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. We've been hearing reports that Debrine has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Debrine trying to stall but Jackson improves his position.

#CUT2# It looks like Steve Jackson has been cut. Jackson takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Nice takedown defense from Jackson. No joy for Gowing on that attempt. Jackson is looking to counter the offense by Gowing and move into the clinch. Gowing fails with a takedown attempt. Jackson moves in looking to clinch but Gowing pushes him off. Gowing lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
