#TD2# Smith gets the takedown into side control. Smith is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Boxer will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Smith advances to mount. Smith looking to control and managing it successfully. Boxer might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Smith lands with some strikes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boxer is looking to get to half guard. Smith controlling from mount. #T1# Boxer tries to hold on but Smith pushes him away. Smith punishing his opponent with strikes. Boxer tries to reverse the position but Smith maintains control. Smith swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Boss Boxer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Boxer takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

#T2# Smith passes the guard and advances to mount! Smith tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Smith lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Boxer hang on? The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Smith tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Smith has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Let's hope that Smith has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.#T3# Boxer is trying to escape the mount.

This is the final round! #R3# Smith pushes Boxer away with a front kick. Smith keeps the fight on the outside. Boxer tries to clinch up but Smith circles away and keeps his distance. Smith feints the counter takedown. Boxer blocks a head kick by Smith.

Boxer wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Boxer fails in his attempt to clinch. Smith changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. The fight stays on the outside here - Boxer looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Smith looks to throw the jab but Boxer is out of range. #T1# Smith circles away from the clinch attempt.
Boxer shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Smith pinned against the cage. Smith gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A little jabbing left from Smith on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Boss Boxer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Boxer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Boxer was covering up waiting for the punch and Smith finishes the takedown easily into guard. Smith is stalling in the full guard. #T2# Boxer tries to land a sweep but no joy. Smith controlling from the top position. Boxer wants to stand up but Smith is controlling him. Smith is in close to Boxer's body, working some short punches and elbows. Smith passes into half guard. Smith takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.#T3# Smith is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Smith with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Smith is continuing to stall. Smith's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.#T4# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. More stalling from Smith. Smith works his way into full mount! Smith controlling from mount. Smith with more of the same as he continues to hold on. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Boxer tries to hold on but Smith pushes him away.
And that's the end of the fight! Psychott Smith comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Smith has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
