Fenili lands a big head kick that sends Kelmendi tumbling to the mat! Fenili takes a step backwards and waves Kelmendi back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Kelmendi missing with a left hand there. Fenili was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Fenili seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Fenili moves in looking to clinch but Kelmendi pushes him off.

Fenili throws a counter high kick but Kelmendi was just alert enough to avoid it.

Fenili takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Kelmendi dips a shoulder and cracks Fenili with a mighty uppercut! Fenili falls back against the cage and Kelmendi unloads with a barrage of strikes! Fenili is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Kelmendi screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Fujiati closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Fujiati has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Fenili is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Fujiati yanks on the arm and Fenili is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Fujiati.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Minowa Fujiati!
A pretty intense looking Minowa Fujiati took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.

Fenili throws a sloppy head kick #TD#
and Fujiati counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Fujiati won't allow Fenili to get back to his feet.
Fujiati is working Fenili over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Fujiati sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Fenili's guard.
Nice strikes from Fujiati there.
Fujiati has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Fujiati is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Fenili looks calm but he's in trouble here. Fujiati gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Fenili is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Fujiati lets go of the hold and Fenili can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Minowa Fujiati got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'

Fenili keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Springs.
Springs throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Randy Springs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Springs jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A quick step to the side and Fenili tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Springs throws a big shot that misses.
Fenili throws a quick counter head kick but Springs was just out of range.
Springs feints a jab promting Fenili to slip. Springs then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Fenili slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Springs has cracked Fenili with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Springs lands another huge swinging hook and Fenili tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Fenili, before Springs can land any more shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Randy Springs!
After the fight, Randy Springs was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
